In August we sold the last pieces — that was true, and that stock is gone. What changed: Netflix has authorized one final, numbered run of the King Of Pirates edition before the license closes. We are completing the last Golden Boxes and Adventure bags left in our Florence atelier — same hat, same hands, made to order.

The hat is identical in both editions — same raffia, same hands, same number register. Only what comes with it changes.
Made in Florence
Natural raffia, woven by hand in our Florence atelier. A leather sweatband inside. A sewn authentication label. The same hat we have made since 2023 — nothing added, nothing removed.
Woven by hand, strand by strand, in our Florence atelier. Light, breathable, made to be worn.
A leather sweatband inside keeps the hat comfortable all day and holds its shape over time.
Every hat carries the certificate of authenticity of the official Netflix One Piece license.
Slight variations in the weave are part of the piece, no two hats are identical.

Every Final Run hat carries its number (sewn label) and is recorded in the run register: 250 pieces in this closing run, numbered in order of purchase. The number certifies when it was made — the hat is identical to the ones sold before.
Numbers are assigned at packing, in order of purchase. They cannot be chosen.

Golden Box Limited Edition — unboxing
No. Same hat, same materials, handwoven in our Florence atelier. What's different: it belongs to the final, numbered run — 250 pieces that close the edition. The number certifies when it was made, not that it's better.
What we said in August was true: that stock sold out, and our license window was ending, so we announced the end. Netflix has since authorized one last, numbered run to complete the final Golden Boxes and Adventure bags. This is it — with an end date written into it: December 31.
No. Orders close on December 31, 2026 (or at sell-out). After that the edition is closed under the current license. 250 is the whole run.
Shipping starts October 19 and follows the order of purchase: the earlier you order, the earlier your number ships. You'll receive production and dispatch updates by email. For Christmas delivery, order by Dec 10 (US/CA), Dec 15 (EU), Dec 18 (Italy).
Because it's the same hat and the same work. The Final Run is not a promotion and will never be discounted.
