Shipping policy

All our hats are handmade to order in our workshop in Florence within 72 working hours from order confirmation. We strive to dispatch each piece as quickly as possible, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and care.

Shipping within Italy

We ship throughout Italy using GLS courier, with delivery expected within 1–3 business days from dispatch. A tracking link will be provided once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via UPS, Poste Italiane or GLS. International delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.

Shipping Costs

We apply a flat rate for international shipments. The shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

United States & United Kingdom

For orders shipped to the United States and the United Kingdom, SUPERDUPER covers all import duties and taxes on standard SUPERDUPER products.

We ship these orders DDP, so the amount you pay at checkout is all-inclusive — you won’t be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Please note that Special Projects — such as collaborations, limited editions and Netflix projects — as well as Archive products are excluded from this policy.

Special Projects and Archive products are shipped DAP. This means that any import duties, taxes or customs fees required by local customs are the responsibility of the customer and may be requested upon delivery.

If a courier requests customs fees by mistake for a standard SUPERDUPER order shipped to the United States or the United Kingdom, please accept the parcel and contact us; we’ll take care of it.

Duties and Taxes

For orders where duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility, if a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued.

Failed Deliveries

SUPERDUPER is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or other logistical issues beyond our control.

Delivery to the carrier is considered delivery to the customer for legal purposes.
