The SUPERDUPER x Netflix One Piece collaboration was created to bring the world’s most iconic straw hat into reality without losing what made it meaningful in the first place.

When Netflix approached SUPERDUPER to create the official Luffy straw hat for the live-action world of One Piece, the goal was never to make a generic replica.
The hat had to feel real. That meant working with natural raffia, shaping it by hand, and treating it the way a real straw hat should be treated: as an object with material presence, not just visual resemblance.
Every hat is made in Florence, Italy, by artisans who work with shape, brim, crown, and finish every day.
