Using a hand shaping technique after the initial blocking on the round crown mold, this style is hand molded to create a completely one of a kind piece. The process allows for the artisan to have control of every detail and curve regarding the shape of the crown- perfecting each one slightly different from the rest.
Despite being malleable enough to sculpt into the ideal shape, the teardrop crown as well as the brim remains firm and structured, the felt used is a raw rabbit fur felt which has a furry and pleasant touch.
The brim is 7 cm with an irregular raw edge. It is then decorated with an hand embroidered gros grain band. On the crown, our EarthpieceTM reminds you what's important.
Inside you can have the vegetal tanned calf leather sweatband.
The hat is hand made in Florence, Italy with respect and consciousness of quality and making process.

Our hats are designed to last a lifetime, but they of course age and wear over time. If cared for properly, they will only gain character.
Day to day: Always try to ensure your hands are clean as dirt and grease from your fingers will transfer to the hat over time.
How to clean it: Gently brush off lint and dust with a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth. Avoid overly wet or fluffy fabrics. Use steam to revive a misshapen hat and always handle delicate materials with care.
What if my hat gets wet: If your hat gets wet, let it dry naturally to avoid shrinkage. Don't use a hair dryer.
Hat storage: For storage, it's ideal to keep them in our box. Avoid hanging on hooks to prevent marks.
