The most weathered of the five. A dark olive with a heavy wax finish that shows from the start: mottled surface, deep creases, an uneven sheen. The band is made of the same fabric with raw, frayed edges. A hat that already looks like it has been outside. Individually numbered.
Material: waxed cotton, water-resistant. Cotton lining, leather sweatband, 5 cm brim. Made in Italy.
Sizes: 56–61 cm (US 7 – 7 5/8). HOBO RAINMAKER model 002, one of five models.
Waxed cotton shell, made in Italy. The coating resists weather and takes on use: rain beads on the brim, creases hold their shadow. Reproof when water stops beading; wipe clean — do not machine wash.
Every hat in Series 001 carries its own hand-written number, 1 to 200 across the five models: Lot 2601/a carries 1 to 80; Lot 2601/b, the second and final run, 81 to 200. Numbers follow the order in which orders arrive within each lot. Series 001 closes at 200 hats. The lot code reads year, series and production run. The hat ships in the orange HOBO edition box, printed inside, with a technical label — model, colour, size, item number.
Pre-sale: orders placed before 28 October 2026 ship from 28 October 2026, together with any other items in the same order.
