Duke II Panama
The Duke, simply iconic. Born around eight years ago and inspired from the hat wore in one his famous pic from the Jazz legend, Duke Ellington, is one of SuperDuper historical bestsellers and carryover.
The material used is a Panama straw tiny braid stitched all around with a specific chain-stitch machine from the past century (see the machine here*). Strong and defined crown but surrounded by a medium/large brim (average 7,5 cm).
The band is made with a taupe gros grain and a bandana lace tight around. On the crown a tiny natural stone, read more about our brand tag here.
Inside you can have the cotton/viscose gros-grain sweatband in case you are picking the SIZED* solution or the elastic one if you are picking the ONE SIZE FIT ALL* version.
The hat is hand made in Florence, Italy with respect and consciousness of quality and making process.
